Faculty and staff contributors to the ETSU Foundation gather on the steps of Burgin E. Dossett Hall administration building. The building opened in 1969 and is named for the third president of the institution who was a former state Commissioner of Education. He served the school from 1949-68, and oversaw the attainment of university status in 1963.
