ACADEMIC COMMON MARKETThe Academic Common Market is an interstate agreement between southern states for sharing academic programs not readily available in the home state. The ACM allows out-of-state students (both undergraduate and graduate) in approved programs to pay in-state tuition and fees. For more information call Admissions at (423) 439-4213. Bluegrass and Country Music, Broadcasting (majors only), Digital Media (majors only),

ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE SCHOLARSHIPS• Must be entering students – currently enrolled ETSU students are not eligible
• Scholarships = 50% of tuition for out-of-state students
• Students who are participating in another program which covers out-of-state tuition
(including, but not limited to, Academic Common Market, Public Performance
Scholarships or Honors program) are not eligible
• Scholarships are competitive and are based on ACT/SAT scores and high school GPA
for freshmen and cumulative GPA for transfer students

HONORS-IN-DISCIPLINE SCHOLARSHIPS• New and currently enrolled undergraduates
