HIPAA Policies Available for Comment
The HIPAA Compliance Office is tasked with drafting and implementing uniform HIPAA policies to facilitate campus-wide HIPAA compliance. Recognizing that the University HIPAA covered components offer a wide array of services in unique settings, the HIPAA Compliance Office would appreciate your comments, questions and concerns on proposed University HIPAA policies prior to their submission for approval by the University Council.
Proposed policies will be available for comment on this site for a set period of time, generally 30 days when possible.
Please provide your comments and questions in the comment section. You may also upload any relevant documents such as current policies and procedures your department/clinic has in place that may be affected by the proposed policy.
