Charge:

Make recommendations addressing policies and procedures which relate to equitable treatment issues involving university facilities and personnel.  Make recommendations addressing enhancement of the campus climate with respect to opportunity for women.  Make recommendations aimed at improving institutional commitment to include practices in recruitment, retention, and development of women.  Request and review data on reports pertaining to equal opportunity for women.
