INCLEMENT WEATHER SCHEDULE CHANGE ANNOUNCEMENTS
In accordance with the official ETSU inclement
weather policy, the Office of University Relations is responsible for preparing
an official statement and notifying the news media when the administration
deems it necessary for the university schedule to change due to inclement
weather. Any announcement of closure will specify the classes and
other activities that are cancelled.
University Relations will notify all radio
and television stations in the area serving the university; WETS-FM and
WETS-AM are instructed to announce cancellation information at least every
30 minutes for an appropriate period of time. University vice presidents
and the campus switchboard will also be notified.
