the Social Security Number and date of birth, the following information
is available:
1 Amount of last
education benefit payment and the date it was processed
2 Date last monthly
self verification of attendance, if pertinent, mailed
3 Date last monthly
self verification of attendance, if pertinent, received
4 General information
about education award [e.g., remaining entitlement, delimiting (expiration)
date, etc.]

directly submit your application to the Atlanta RPO, ETSU Veterans Affairs
will upon request review your application, ensure you have attached all
of the necessary documents and mail the application and supporting materials.
The office will also keep a copy of all information submitted to the Atlanta
RPO if you will be a student at ETSU.
