Continuing Students

Instructions

A continuing student is a student which goes every term without a break of more than two semesters. If this is the case, all that is needed from the student is to fill out a enrollment certification request. This is the card that changes color each semester in which you fill in information about the courses that you are taking. This card should be filled out after registration. These cards can be obtained at the Veterans Affairs office at ETSU.

More than two semesters since last attendance.

Under these circumstances a VA Form 22-1995 or 22-5495 is required along with the enrollment verification request. Again both of these items may be obtained at the Veterans Affairs office at ETSU.
