Be Sure to Confirm Your Attendance and Pay Your Fees…..
All students must confirm their attendance on or before
6:00 p.m on the last business day before classes begin.
Review your student account, Go to www.etsu.edu and click on:
Enter Secure Area
Account Detail/Confirm Attendance/Payments and Refunds and Select the appropriate term (not COP or COM)
“Yes, I will attend…” If you must pay out of pocket for some (or all) of your tuition and fees, you confirm your attendance by paying your outstanding balance on or before 6:00 p.m.on the last business day before classes begin; -- you will be directed to the Student Payment Suite to pay the balance due with debit, credit or e-check. You can also set up your direct deposit account, enroll in installment plan and add an authorized user.
If ALL of your tuition and fees are paid by financial aid (from federal, state, institutional and private sources) and you have received your award from the Office of Financial Aid at ETSU, follow the instructions below to confirm your attendance online:
Go to www.etsu.edu and click on:
- Enter Secure Area
- Student Account
- Account Detail/Confirm Attendance/Payments and Refunds and Select the appropriate term (not COP or COM)
- “Yes, I will attend…” at the top of the page and you will be issued a confirmation number that you should print and keep for your records
Have you been awarded financial aid and it is not on your Student Account?
Go On-Line, Not In-Line.

Check to make sure all requirements are met before receiving the On-Line Financial Aid Agreement promissory Note.
Access Your GoldLink account from the ETSU homepage: www.etsu.edu
- Enter Secure Area and login
- Click on Financial Aid
- Check your financial aid status online and click on the following links:
- Financial Aid Status
- Eligibility (check for holds)
- Awards _____ Term 20_ _
Note: Status for all requirements must be met and you must have received financial aid notification before completing the On-line Financial Aid Agreement promissory Note. Please respond to all requests for documents immediately. Monitor your financial aid status until your aid is applied to your account and your account is paid in full.
