Alcohol and Drug Counseling and Prevention Center: located at 323 1/2 West Walnut Street, (423) 928-6581. -
Washington County Health Department: located at 415 State of Franklin Road in Johnson City, (423) 928-7125. There is an extension office located on the ETSU Campus on Southwest Avenue, (423) 439-5900. This department offers TB testing, STD testing, pregnancy and HIV testing, blood pressure tests and inoculation for children on a sliding fee scale. Also offers family planning five days a week. WIC is also available through the department.
