Adult, Commuter and Transfer Services [formerly Center for Adult Programs and Services]: located on the lower level of the Culp Center, this center provides a collection of academic and student support services designed especially for adult and re-entry students.

Office of Career Placement and Internship Services: located on the third floor of the Culp Center, this center provides job placement opportunities, workshops and seminars on career planning, resume writing, interview techniques and job hunting skills. These services can also be provided on an individual basis.

Counseling Center Office: located on the third floor of the Culp Center, this office provides individual and group counseling concerning personal and social problems and choice of career or education major. Additional services include intervention in mental health emergencies and psychiatric consultation.

Disability Services Office: located on the lower level of the Culp Center, this office is committed to goal of integrating students with disabilities into the campus community to the fullest extent possible. The services are offered within a framework that stresses independence and self-reliance.

Health Clinic: located in Lamb Hall, Room 55, this clinic provides professional services at no cost to students. The goal of the clinic is to promote and maintain the health of students.
- Office of Human Resources at ETSU: Located on the third floor of Burgin E. Dossett Hall, this office provides management and oversight of employee services and benefits, along with personnel policies and procedures. Services include the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which provides employees and their eligible family members confidential, no-cost assistance for a broad range of personal and work-related concerns.
- University Wellness Committee Campus committee that markets and coordinates health promotion programming for faculty and staff via the WOW (Well on the Way) Program in cooperation with the Offices of Human Resources and Health and Safety.
