THE DEADLINE FOR
ENTRIES HAS BEEN PUSHED BACK TO NOVEMBER 12, 1999.
All students currently
enrolled at ETSU are eligible to submit material to the
Mockingbird
for
publication. Literary works should be delivered to the English Department
(103 Burleson) or to Ryan Otto in the Mockingbird office (101-A
Burleson). Art submissions should be delivered to the Art Department (121
Ball Hall) or to Wayne Dyer (410 Ball Hall).

requirements
All written work must
be typed. Short fiction and non-fiction (essays and editorials) should
not exceed 20 double-spaced, typewritten pages. Non-fiction essays may
include personal essays and anecdotes. Artwork should be submitted unmated,
unframed, and two-dimensional (with dimensions not exceeding 30 inches
in either direction). The artist or author titles his or her own work.
Please limit submissions to 2 per student per category and submit 2 copies
of any written work.
