-- and final exam instructions!
last update: December 13, 2007

I.  Final Exam Instructions
Your classmates' revised work will be posted at this web site, below, by the afternoon of Tuesday, December 4.  Before the final exam period, choose three of your classmates' essays, and write a response to each of the three. Bring two copies of each response to the final exam period--one copy for the author, and one copy for me. For each response, consider these guidelines:

1. Write at least 300 words.
2. Address the author of the essay. Do not evaluate the essay. Instead, write about your own experience as a reader. Why did you choose to respond to that particular essay?  What did the essay make you think and feel?

During the final exam period you will also write a short, in-class essay, in response to a question about your writing skills.
Exam meeting time:  Thurs Dec 13, 1:20-3:20pm.
