I. Dr. Maxson handout the Application for
Dual Graduate Programs form to council members with suggested edits to clarify
use of form. The motion was made,
seconded and carried to accept the two suggestions on Dual Graduate Program
form.

I. Dr. Maxson stated three emails have
been sent to faculty, coordinators, and students regarding the upcoming award
nominations and grant proposals.
