Graduate Council 2013-14 Annual Report was made and approved with one
abstention.

Discussion of graduate
faculty application system and how applicant chooses department and program.
i.
Council discussed and
approved adding language to the front page of the GFS online system to clarify
appropriate chain of signatures required. The Graduate School is assessing the
cost of granting participants editing capabilities in the case of a
chain-of-signature error, as well as adding the clarifying sentences.
