I will submit a copy of the Certificate of Eligibility to the ETSU's Office of Veterans Affairs.

Once I receive my Certificate of Eligibility from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs,
I understand that my election of Post 9/11 GI Bill, Chapter 33, education benefits is irrevocable and may not be changed.

I understand that if I make any course adjustments to my enrollment that i have to notify the ETSU's Office of Veterans Affairs in writing within 2 (two) business days. I acknowledge that this can impact my Post 9/11 GI Bill, Chapter 33, education benefits.

I understand that if I do not complete all my courses or recevive a punitive grade that I may be charge an overpayment by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. The overpayment may include tution, fees, monthly housing allowance, and book and supply stipend. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs determines the amount of overpayment, not the school. If I have an exisiting overpayment with the VA, my future benefit payments (including tution and fees) may be withheld by the VA until my overpayment is repaid in full.

I understand that Goldmail is the official ETSU electronic correspondence method. The ETSU Office of Veterans Affairs will utilize Goldmail as the official method of communication regarding reminders, paperwork, enrollment certification, courses, etc. It will be my responsibility to check my Goldmail account.
