Tuesday, October 14, 2008JOHNSON CITY – The annual Fall Open House to introduce prospective students to East Tennessee State University is this Saturday (Oct. 18) beginning at 9:45 a.m. in the D.P. Culp University Center’s Martha Street Culp Auditorium.
Regional high school students and others interested in attending ETSU learn more about the university and visit with representatives from academic programs and the offices of Admissions, Housing and Residence Life, and Financial Aid. Participants also tour departments and facilities.
This free event is held in conjunction with the “Buccaneer BASH (Bringing All Students Home),” ETSU’s open-to-the-public celebration of Homecoming Week. This festival for the entire community features games, food, music, exhibits and other events that will be held rain or shine from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. (in case of inclement weather, the Buc BASH will move inside the Culp Center).
