Caitlin Bolden, mezzo-soprano, earned her Master of Music degree in Voice Performance from the University of Tennessee, where she was a member of the Knoxville Opera Studio and performed several roles with the University of Tennessee Opera Theatre, including title role in The Medium, La zia Principessa in Suor Angelica, and Marcellina in Le nozze di Figaro. Ms. Bolden has performed with Chautauqua Opera, Knoxville Opera, the Janiec Opera Company, Nightingale Opera Theatre, The Ohio State University Opera, and has been a featured soloist with The University of Tennessee Symphony and the Knoxville Handel Society. She has studied at the American Institute of Musical Studies in Graz, Austria, and works as the administrator for the Janiec Opera Company at the Brevard Music Center. Ms. Bolden is a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing, the National Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, of Pi Kappa Lambda the National Music Honor Society, and is a Professional Member of the Alpha Gamma Chapter of Delta Omicron.
