Focus Groups & Interviews

Focus groups can be used to gain an in-depth understanding of attitudes, opinions, and beliefs about topics of interest to clients. ASRL staff are trained focus group moderators and have conducted many focus groups during their careers. ASRL will work with clients to develop a moderator guide for their focus group. This ensures that people do not get off track and talk about things that aren't of interest. Focus groups typically have 8-10 participants and last for about 60 minutes. ASRL provides refreshments for all focus groups. Focus groups or interviews can be conducted at ASRL or another location of choice.
