Accounting Recruitment:

The Department of Accountancy in the College of Business and Technology has a proven track record for producing high quality, successful accounting graduates at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

If you are interested in recruiting accountancy candidates from the College of Business and Technology, please complete the Employer Campus Interview Reservation form  and contact if you have questions.

Many firms/organizations attend Accounting Professionals Networking Night in September and then schedule recruiting dates in Sam Wilson Hall during the weeks following the event.  To register for Accounting Professionals Networking Night submit the registration form to Dr. Mark Steadman via email or fax (423-439-8659).

Other Recruitment:

As an employer, if you are interested in tapping the talent pool in any of the college's other departments by establishing a recruitment date on campus, feel free to complete the Employer Campus Interview Reservation Form and email to . Departments offering extremely talented candidates include:

Driving Directions to East Tennessee State University, Johnson City, Tennessee

  1. Coming from the north, south and west, use I-81.

  2. Exit onto I-26 toward Johnson City/Asheville.

  3. Take exit 24 onto University Parkway and follow the signs to campus.

  4. Coming from the east, take I-26 from Asheville, N.C., then exit 24 onto University Parkway. Follow the signs to campus.

Visitor Parking

All visitors to the campus must obtain a visitor’s parking permit.  You can obtain a visitor's permit online  from ETSU Parking Services  or by visiting their office at 132 Stout Drive. There is no charge for visitor permits.

Temporary parking permits are not necessary when attending special events, but visitors must not park in fire lanes, 20-minute zones, service vehicle spaces, or disabled parking areas.
