About this Conference: A one-day event addressing communication skills related to cancer.  To address competency gaps, attendees will participate in simulated sessions on how to adopt more positive communication skills related to cancer.

Overall Conference Objectives:
As a result of attending this activity, the participant will be able to:
  • Describe and summarize the primary content contained within the five cancer communication training modules developed by the Cancer Stories Project
  • Describe and demonstrate to others how to use the modules
  • Explain how they would adopt these modules in order to meet the unique demands of their own clinical practice and/or educational environment
