The CVD Appalachia research team, led by Dr. Hadii Mamudu, is providing a collaborative forum for caregivers, health care providers, public health professionals, policymakers, patients, and other stakeholders. This conference provides an interactive educational experience where patients guide the conversation about strategies to reduce heart diseases and related risk factors in Central Appalachia.
