CME Management System Transition

The ETSU Office of Continuing Medical Education is excited to announce that we will be implementing a new online CME management system on March 1, 2018.  To ensure you maintain an accurate record of your CME credits earned prior to March 1, you will need to download and save your transcript from the current system.  Credits earned prior to March 1, 2018 will not transfer into the new system, and we don’t want you to lose these valuable credits.  

The good news is that we will walk you through the process every step of the way, via detailed email and online instructions.  We appreciate your patience and assistance through the upcoming transition.  Please be sure to watch for our emails!

 

YOUR ACTION IS REQUIRED NOW:


We ask that you check your existing transcript for accuracy.

With over 51,000 records in our current system, we need you to ensure you are able to access your transcript and that it is accurate well in advance of the transition date so the CME staff is not overwhelmed with requests for assistance on both the new and old systems. Please log into your account online and review your transcript to ensure that all credits you have earned are reflected in your account. Transcripts can be viewed and downloaded by Clicking here. Detailed instructions for accessing your transcript can be found on the right side of this page, as well as troubleshooting FAQ’s for problems accessing your account.

 

HIGHLIGHTS OF OUR NEW SYSTEM:


The new system will streamline all processes and records related to CME in one online portal. We are excited to offer this innovative and streamlined process for all involved and we trust you will find the new system far more user friendly and easy to navigate.

From your user account you will be able to:

  • register for events
  • process payments
  • receive your credit for activities immediately upon completion of required documentation (no more waiting for weeks for credits to show up on your transcript!)
  • complete Conflict of Interest disclosures
  • upload your presentations and other documents
  • sign contracts
