The new online management system (HighMarks) is now live.  The information on this page will help ensure a smooth transition of your history of credits earned, and provide step-by-step tutorials for easy use of the new system.  

Please take a few minutes to complete the following FOUR STEPS:

  1. Retrieve your Transcript of credits earned from the “old” Tracker system.  CME credit earned prior to March 1, 2018 will not be automatically transferred into the new HighMarks system.  To ensure you retain a record of past credits earned you will need to log into the old system and print or download your transcript.  Transcripts will be available at no charge until June 30, 2018.  Beginning July 1, 2018 there will be a charge for the CME staff to manually retrieve an archived record of your previous credits.  Detailed instructions for accessing your old transcript can be found on the right side of this page, as well as troubleshooting FAQs for problems accessing your account.  If you are unable to log in to your old account, please use the link provided on the right to create a help ticket so we can assist you.

  2. Create a new user profile in the HighMarks system before attending a CME event.  By pre-setting your user profile you will save time on the day of your first event, as the user profile is required before you can report your attendance or claim CME credit in the HighMarks system.  Click on the following link to access the HighMarks system; detailed instructions on logging in and creating your profile are found on the right side of this page. (Hint: bookmark this link for fast access)

  3. Transfer your “old” Transcript into the HighMarks system.  One of the exciting features of the HighMarks system is the ability to enter a record of CE credits earned from other institutions.  This allows you to keep all of your records in one online space for easy retrieval.  Detailed instructions on uploading or entering transcripts from other systems are found on the right side of this page.

  4. Download a QR code reader application on your smartphone.  If you do not already have a QR code reader app on your phone, you will need to download an app from the Android or Google app store.  We have tested several different code reader apps and all have worked well on the HighMarks system; it does not matter which one you choose.  Why a QR code reader?  Instead of signing your name on a piece of paper or calling in to a phone number to verify your attendance at CME events, you will now scan in using the QR code reader.  You can also use the code reader to claim your credit at the conclusion of an event—no more paper forms to turn in!  Detailed instructions will be provided at each CME event you attend. 

You may wish to bookmark this page for easy access.  The library of tutorials for use of the HighMarks system will be loaded on this page as the new system is implemented.
