About this Conference: This multidisciplinary one-day conference provides specialists and others with knowledge to identify and analyze opportunities of integrated care.  Case-based presentations, lectures, and panel discussions will train participants to communicate with and manage patients affected with overlapping physical and behavioral health problems, while collaborating with other providers.
