Meet Our Staff
Arlene Bennett

Arlene Bennett | OFFICE MANAGER

Arlene has worked in the OB/GYN Department for 28 years in various roles. Arlene enjoys her job and the people with whom she works. She is the Office Manager and supports the Chair and the Vice Chair. She assists in recruitment of faculty and enjoys promoting the Department, QCOM, ETSU, and the area. In her free time, Arlene enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and traveling. She is actively involved with her church and missions. 






Debbie Berry

Debbie Berry | SECRETARY

As a secretary in the Department, Debbie assists multiple faculty and their academic duties. Debbie has been with the department since 2005 and has seen a lot of changes. Living in Elizabethton with her husband, Keith, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and son-in-law, grandkids, and granddogs. Debbie's hobbies include cooking, reading, camping, throwing horseshoes, and socializing with her friends.




Patti Davison


A native of East Tennessee and an alumna of ETSU, Patti loves her role as Program Manager. "My residents are caring, compassionate, fun-loving, wonderful individuals who make my work enjoyable and full of surprises!" she says. Patti believes assisting her residents along their journey to becoming a physician is truly an honor. In addition to ensuring the accurate documentation of the residents' educational experience for graduation requirements and future credentialing needs, she also performs the administrative management necessary for our program's accreditation. For Program Manager wellness, Patti enjoys attending live music events; binge-watching Netflix with buttery popcorn and chocolate-caramel coffee; learning the art of photography; and especially spending time laughing with family and friends.





 Brandi Nave


Brandi lives in Johnson City with her husband Andrew and her four doggies. She has four children and three grandchildren. She enjoys reading, cooking, movies and spending time with family and friends. In her role as Clerkship Coordinator, Brandi is essentially the den mother to all 3rd  and 4th year medical students as they rotate through the ETSU Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. 




 Allison Wallace


Allison is a Washington County native and ETSU alumni. She enjoys arts and crafts, and in her spare time likes to decorate cakes and write short stories. She is an active volunteer in multiple community organizations including her church and the local Shriners. As the Residency Secretary, Allison acts as administrative support for the Program Director, Associate Program Director, and the Program Manager.  Her duties include assisting with resident travel and reimbursement; the ACGME case log system; and New Innovations database.
