I fell in love with Quillen when I first visited the school for my interview. Everyone I met made me feel at home and there is such a strong sense of community here. I love the small class size and the fact that I have been able to get to know so many of my classmates and professors.
Being a Quillen Student
Although it can be hectic at times, I have really enjoyed being a Quillen student. There is really something for everyone and I love that there are so many different ways to get involved. I am also grateful to be surrounded by so many friendly and supportive people.
Life Outside the Classroom
When I'm not studying, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also like to hike, kayak, craft, and read.
Living in Northeast Tennessee
I love Johnson City's size and proximity to the mountains. I've also enjoyed exploring Asheville, which is only an hour away.
I took a year off after graduating from UTK before I started school at Quillen. During my gap year, I worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on an Oncology/Urology unit.
