All students are required to purchase and maintain disability income insurance as a condition of enrollment at the College of Medicine. The fee for the AMA-sponsored student disability income insurance is currently $48.03. This amount is subject to change. The annual fee will be included on your Fall fee bill (dependent coverage not available). The complete brochure can be obtained from Student Support Services. All students are required to purchase and maintain health insurance as a condition
of enrollment at Quillen. This requirement must be satisfied by purchasing insurance
and providing proof that you have coverage. You many visit the website of the American Medical Association for coverage, or any other alternate provider. All students must provide evidence
of health insurance by completing the Insurance Declaration Form on an annual basis and uploading to myRecordTracker.
|Professional Liability Insurance|
|Professional liability insurance is provided for students by the Office of Student Affairs through State Volunteer Mutual Insurance. Information regarding limits of liability can be obtained from that office at 423-439-2019.|
