Accounts Requesting a new computer account

Full-Time Employees

Accounts for full-time employees are generated automatically once the following things occur:

  • Human Resources has entered the contract information into the system
  • Payroll has entered the employee's assignment information into the system
  • The employee's official start date has passed.

This process may take a couple of days after your start date.

Part-Time and Temporary Employees

Some part-time or temporary employees may be entered in with a pay code that doesn't automatically generate an account. For those employees that need an ETSU account, a Computer Account Request Form will need to be filled out and submitted to the Office of Information Technology Services.

Shared Accounts for Departments and/or Organizations

You may submit a request for a shared account for your department or organization using the computer account request form. When filling out the form, check the box under section 2 that says, "I am requesting that an ETSU domain account . . . be created for use by our department/organization."
