Email Outlook Setup

Microsoft Office Outlook is the officially supported client for e-mail. Below you will find instructions to configure Outlook on your machine.

When you open Outlook for the first time you will be prompted to add a new email account.

The first menu will allow you to choose between 'Email account' and 'Manual setup or additional server types'. Leave the default selection as is.

Outlook should attempt to contact the e-mail server and automatically get your account information. If successful, it will show your full name and e-mail address. (Note that it displays your email as ending with "". However, "" also works.) Click on the 'Next button.

Configuring server settings

Outlook will then get more configuration settings from the server. If all goes well, you should see the green check marks and then you can click on Finish.
