State and TBR Discounts
ETSU employees are eligible for State and Tennessee Board of Regent discounts, including discounts on car rental, shopping entertainmen, cellular services, and more. Tennessee State Parks
ETSU employees and retirees receive discounts for lodging and golf at Tennessee State Parks as well as a 15% discount off retail prices at gift shops & golf shops.
Inn Rooms, Cabins, Campsites
Discounts do not apply to business travel.. Current state ID or verification of retirement will be required at check-in. Check availability and make payments using the online reservation system.

PerksConnect is a discount saving program for ETSU employees, retirees and their families. The Perks Network not only offers discounts at businesses local to ETSU, but nationwide. Use your membership for dicounts on gift cards or event tickets. Signing up is as simple as:

The ETSU ID BUC$ account features a declining balance program that can be used for purchases on campus and at participating off-campus merchants. All faculty and staff are eligible to participate in the ID BUC$ Program and may sign-up for payroll deduction to add money to their ID BUC$ account. For more information, visit the ID Bucs$ webpage.
ETSU faculty, staff and retirees have borrowing privileges, including interlibrary loans, through the university libraries. Visit the Sherrod Library Faculty and Staff webpage or the Medical Library website for information on resources and services available to ETSU employees.
ETSU employees receive a discount of 10% on textbooks purchased for personal use and 20% on other merchandise excluding adopted textbooks, special orders, sale books, class and alumni rings, computer software, computer hardware, periodicals, discounted merchandise, stamps, and health and beauty aids. Financial Fitness Made Easy - Services that will meet all your financial needs. Tennessee Teachers Credit Union is the 5th largest credit union in Tennessee. TTCU serves 30,000 members at 13 branches and has assets of over $203 million. Anyone who is employed in the field of education, active or retired, in Tennessee is eligible to apply for membership. Home Mortgage Assistance
Recognizing that housing is important in the lives of our employees, ETSU has partnered with the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) to provide an Employee Assisted Housing (EAH) Program. Through the EAH program our employees will be provided with educational information on the home buying process and home buyer education counseling programs. Additionally, ETSU employees are eligible for affordable mortgage products and down payment and closing cost assistance as a result of our participation in the TDHA program.
