Supervisor Development Program

The Supervisor Development Program is designed to improve effectiveness of ETSU supervisors with no cost to the employees or the department.  Employees may also take classes without having to participate in the certification program.  Once participants complete all the classes, a Certification of Completion will be awarded to each participant.  The certificates of completion will also be placed in the employee's official personnel file for availability when being considered for promotion or hiring with the university.

Continuing Certification Requirement

Employees must complete the Supervisor Development Refresher class on an annual basis to maintain certification.
