Goldmail is no longer being used for official ETSU Communication

Student email has been upgraded to Office 365.  All official ETSU correspondance will use this new email address. 

 

check How do I access my new email address?

To use your new email, you will need to

  1. Activate your new email by visiting https://www.etsu.edu/activate
  2. Login to your new email by visiting http://mail.etsu.edu/

 

check What will my new email address be?

Your email address will be in the form <username>@etsu.edu

 

check Why did ETSU change my email?

This new email is part of the Office 365 suite.  This means you get tons of extra software and features, including 1TB of OneDrive Storage for FREE!  

Plus, you can download each of the following to 5 computers AND 5 mobile devices!

  • Mail
  • Word
  • Excel
  • Power Point

Your @etsu.edu email address is used for all official ETSU communication.
