ETSU’s Dr. Andy Czuchry named TNCPE judge

JOHNSON CITY (September 18, 2013) — The board of directors of the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence (TNCPE) has appointed Dr. Andy Czuchry of East Tennessee State University to its 2013 panel of judges. Czuchry served previously with an initial appointment in 1993, when the organization was founded.

Established in 1993 as a public-private partnership, TNCPE strives to promote economic development and to drive organizational excellence by helping companies and organizations grow more competitive in today’s global marketplace through affordable, in-depth assessments. More than 1,200 organizations have participated in and benefited from the TNCPE program. ETSU is a member of the TNCPE.

The TNCPE Awards are based on the prestigious Baldrige Award program.

Czuchry holds the AFG Industries Chair of Excellence in Business and Technology at ETSU and is a professor in the departments of Engineering Technology, Surveying and Digital Media as well as Management and Marketing in the College of Business and Technology.
