ETSU to host Mark Goffeney on November 15


JOHNSON CITY November 11, 2013) — East Tennessee State University’s Office of Disability Services will host Mark Goffeney on Friday, Nov. 15, at 7 p.m. in the Martha Street Culp Auditorium in the D.P. Culp University Center.

Goffeney will speak about leading an independent life as a successful musician even though he was born without arms. An accomplished guitar player and founder of the band Big Toe, he will also perform at the event. His music has taken him to international venues and enabled him to raise over $6 million for children’s charities.
