JOHNSON CITY (May 20, 2015) – An online resource for prospective graduate students has ranked the physical therapy program in East Tennessee State University’s College of Clinical and Rehabilitative Health Sciences among the best in the nation.

The rankings cover a period from September 2012 through March of this year.

The site assigns 15 ranking categories to each graduate program at each graduate school. Rankings cover a variety of student topics, including academic competitiveness, career support, financial aid and quality of network.

The site determines financial aid rankings based on how pleased students are with their aid packages, including grants and scholarships, and the application process. It defines career support to include a program’s quality of career planning as well as resources and support given to students both during and after graduate school.

Rankings are determined by calculating the average score for each program based on the 15 ranking categories. The scores are then compared across all ranked schools for that program and translated into a final ranking.
