What kind of financial assistance is available for ETSU Dual Enrollment Students?
East Tennessee State University offers financial assistance for Dual Enrollment students through the Dual Enrollment Grant Program and the ETSU Dual Enrollment Scholarship Program.
With this assistance, a student with a GPA of 3.4 or higher, could pay as little as $75 in tuition for a 3-credit-hour course.*
Dual Enrollment Grant Program
Funded through the Tennessee Lottery, the Dual Enrollment Grant awards up to $300 per semester for one (1) Dual Enrollment course.
Students who enroll in an additional course and meet the minimum Tennessee HOPE Scholarship academic requirements may receive a total amount not to exceed $600 per semester ($1,200 per year).
Students must maintain a 2.75 cumulative college GPA to continue receiving the Dual Enrollment Grant.
ETSU Dual Enrollment Scholarship Program
This scholarship is available only to ETSU Dual Enrollment students who have a GPA of 3.4 or higher. The Dual Enrollment Scholarship is awarded only in combination with the Dual Enrollment Grant.
