The Nursing Administration concentration provides a flexible learning environment and a highly individualized experience through which students gain a strong foundation in complex systems, organizational theory, financial management and leadership practice.
This program is designed for individuals who are interested in managing healthcare personnel and business operations typically found in a hospital or large service provider setting.

MSN Program Admission Requirements
Admission to the program will be based on competitive selection from the pool of applicants who meet the School of Graduate Studies admission requirements.
Additional admission requirements for the Master of Science in Program include:
An unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Tennessee or the state in which the clinical assignments are completed.
Bachelors degree with an overall G.P.A. of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
Successful completion of a 3-semester hour or 4-quarter hour undergraduate level statistics course.
Graduate School TOEFL (Test of English as a foreign language) score requirements vary by TBR universities. ETSU students must meet ETSU English language proficiency standards.
Submission of all application documentation required by the Graduate School at the home campus to which the student is referred.
