Mostly Online Economics and Finance Degrees
The mission of the Department of Economics and Finance is to provide students with the educational experience necessary to succeed in a competitive global environment. Students can earn a traditional Bachelor of Business Administration degree in either Economics or Finance or a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
Both programs focus on developing the problem solving skills that will help enable the student to critically analyze the complex and rapidly evolving issues of business and society and will prepare them for successful careers.
There are three mostly online degree options in Economics and Finance, with various concentration options:
The Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, B.A. (non-business degree)

Border County Information: Students in North Carolina and Virginia living in counties bordering Tennessee may
receive in-state tuition. For more detailed tuition information based on your specific situation, please contact

A mostly online degree program is a program that offers most course work in an online format with a limited number of required on-campus courses or meetings. Because course availability and scheduling changes by semester, students are encouraged to check our current online course list, or search for courses using the ETSU Course Look Up.
