THE RDC MAJOR GRANTS PROGRAM WILL OPEN FOR FY2020 in DECEMBER 2018.

For Fiscal Year 2020 (July 1, 2019 - June 30, 2020), the MAJOR Grant Program will open for applications in Dec. 2018. Information concerning Guidelines and the online application form link at the bottom of this page will become active then. All applications must be submitted online, then a signed printed copy must be delivered to the ORSPA office on the 4th floor of Ross Hall.

Maximum amount: $10,000
Major Research Grants aim to encourage faculty initiation, development and continuation of research and scholarship projects that have the potential for enhancing productivity and for attracting external funding. Such projects include all fields and disciplines, including the basic and health sciences and non-sciences such as the humanities and the fine and performing arts. Grants are awarded for the fiscal year July 1 through June 30. Any RDC-allocated money must be encumbered within this time period. These costs can include faculty summer stipends, student assistants, supplies, equipment, and travel as described in the RDC Major Grant Application Guidelines.

Applications must be submitted in accordance with the guidelines specified in these documents. Any application that fails to follow these guidelines will NOT be considered for review.
