2022 ASRF External Partner Registration

Thank you for your interest in supporting the Appalachian Student Research Forum.  The Forum is a self-sustaining event made possible through the generous support of our Partners. 

Please select from the Partner levels listed below, then follow any Become an ASRF Partner  link to register and complete payment. 

Partner Levels

ASRF Platinum Partner – donation of $5,000

  • A research award named in the Partner's honor, along with the option to present the award alongside ETSU’s VP for Research.
  • Premium exhibitor space at the Forum* and ‘Platinum Partner’ ribbon name tag(s).
  • Name displayed prominently as a Platinum Partner –
  • in the Forum brochure and on the Forum webpage;
  • on a banner to be displayed at entrance to ASRF.

    Become an ASRF External Platinum Partner       

ASRF Gold Partner – donation of $3000

  • Premium exhibitor space at the Forum* and ‘Gold Partner’ ribbon name tag(s).
  • Name displayed prominently as a Gold Partner  –

ASRF Silver Partner – donation of $1500

  • Prime exhibitor space at the Forum* and ‘Silver Partner’ ribbon name tag(s).
  • Name displayed prominently as a Silver Partner  –
  • in the Forum brochure and on the Forum webpage;
  • on a banner to be displayed at entrance to ASRF.

    Become an ASRF External Silver Partner    

ASRF Bronze Partner – donation of $500

  • Exhibitor space at the Forum* and ‘Bronze Partner’ ribbon name tag(s).
  • Name displayed prominently as a Bronze Partner  –
  • in the Forum brochure and on the Forum webpage;
  • on a banner to be displayed at entrance to ASRF.

    Become an ASRF External Bronze Partner      

Contributor – $499 and under

 

*Preferences for exhibitor space will be taken based on Partner level, and then on the order in which they are received.
