The goal of the Basler Center for Physical Activity's fitness and wellness programming is to offer a wide variety of opportunities and well-maintained facilities/equipment to establish and maintain healthy life habits for the ETSU community. The BCPA provides structured and unstructured leisure time activities for its members.
