Co-ed halls are those buildings that allow for both men and women to live within the same community. Considerations for privacy and modesty are made by separating sexes based on how bathroom arrangements are configured in each building - by floor in Lucille Clement Hall, by suites in Stone Hall, and by room or apartment in Governors Hall, Davis Apartments, and Centennial Hall. Opposite sex students may not share rooms, apartments, or suites. Students who are married or have children should look at our Graduate and Family Housing options in Buccaneer Ridge Phase V Apartments.
All residence halls and apartments will elect opposite sex visitation policy within the first weeks of classes, and all visitation will be subject to the consent of both roommate in addition to the hall policy.
