See the links below for information on assistance available to help those in need obtain Chantix, the new prescription drug to help adults stop smoking.  This method of quitting is not recommended for pregnant women unless you have talked with your doctor. However, Chantix may be a useful aid for family and friends who want to stop smoking. 
There are two different types of programs available (Connection to Care and Pfizer Pfriends)-- you can read about each and decide which one applies to you by viewing the documents below.

Telephone 211: This agency will provide the caller with free information about human service agencies and programs available to them in their area. These agencies and programs provide food, shelter, counseling, emergency financial assistance, clothing, etc. Contact Ministries, Inc. serves Carter, Greene, Unicoi, and Washington. Contact-Concern serves Hawkins, Johnson and Sullivan.
