Academic Technology Support (ATS) provides ETSU's faculty and academic staff with training, resources, and support needed to use technology in their teaching and research.
Technology is always changing: new software to figure out, new equipment to learn, and new headaches when things don't go quite as planned.
We are here to help you
As a division of the Office of eLearning, we stay ahead of the technology curve so you don't have to. Whether you are having trouble getting software or equipment to behave, or have an academic goal that you think technology can help you achieve, but aren't quite sure where to begin, we are here to help you. Best of all, our services are completely free to all ETSU faculty and staff. Some of our services are. . .
- Training - Open workshops, cohorts, one on one consulting; whatever fits your needs in a huge variety of areas from D2L and Office to iPods and video.
- Online Material - Don't have time to come to a workshop? Want to learn it on your own time, or just need a quick cheat sheet? Try our online handouts and videos.
- Equipment - Need a camera or laptop for a little bit but don't want to buy one? Want to try something out before purchasing it for your department? There's a good chance we have what you need.
- Support - Sometimes it just doesn't want to work. We'll help you find the answers.
