- ETSU students interested in study abroad must submit a Study Abroad Credit Approval Form for determination of foreign credit transferability. The form can be downloaded here. Failure to submit this form could result in ETSU students taking non-transferable classes and/or an insufficient number of credits to maintain full-time status.
