The strength of the Department of Art & Design's studio arts programs both at the undergraduate and graduate levels at East Tennessee State University are evident on its BFA & MFA graduation exhibitions. Each student candidate for a Bachelor in Fine Arts or a Master in Fine Arts present a solo exhibition of their work as a vital component of the final fulfillment of a degree.
