Classical Languages
The Department of Literature and Language is pleased to announce new opportunities for ETSU students to study classical languages. Our department now offers courses in Latin and Greek.
Aside from the rigorous intellectual exercise of learning root languages, study of Latin and Greek helps prepare students for a diverse field of studies in the sciences and humanities. One develops an appreciation of the nuances of modern languages, as well.
