Robert Noyce Scholarship
Through a grant by the National Science Foundation, The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at East Tennessee State University is proud to offer the Robert Noyce Scholarship. This scholarship is intended for perspective teachers in Mathematics and the Sciences. Scholarship recipients will receive up to $12,000 to cover:
Tuition, Books, Room, Board, and Other fees.
Noyce scholars will also receive additional training in the form of summer internships and a workshop series.
Students who are awarded the Noyce scholarship agree to serve a a teacher in a high-need school district a minimum of two years for every year of funding.
