Every December, approximately 150 students and faculty convene in Washington, D.C., for the annual ATP Conference. This three-day event features student research presentations, discussions of community issues, poster presentations, and opportunities for students and faculty from fifteen (15) institutions to meet each other.
The conference also gives ARC administrators and staff an opportunity to learn about diverse issues and needs within the Appalachian region; most importantly, students propose solutions to problems and explore ways to meet the needs of individual communities.
