We operate on a first-come, first served basis to all children of ETSU students. A completed application, a non-refundable registration fee of $5 and a copy of your class schedule are required to be considered for an opening. Mail or email those documents to the contact information to the right.

Once your application is received and an offered position is accepted, please become familiar with the following information:
WAITING LIST
If openings aren't currently available, applicants are placed on a waiting list for the appropriate program (Infant/Toddler/Preschool). Most of our openings occur prior to the fall and spring semesters. Once a spot becomes available in one of our three programs, we will contact applicants in order of application date.
TUITION AND REGISTRATION FEE
Grants do exist to assist with tuition costs. They are allocated as funds are available; however, many students are eligible. Tuition at Little Bucs is based on a semester's enrollment.
For 2012-2013, tuitions rates are as follows:
Some families may have fees subsidized through the Department of Human Services (DHS). The amount paid by DHS plus the amount paid by the family must equal the established fee for the program.
CCAMPIS Grant
Child Care Access Means Parents in School (CCAMPIS) is a federal grant through the US Dept. of Education that supports pell-grant-eligible, low-income students in completing their secondary education. It was first awarded to ETSU in 2005 and renewed in 2009. Little Bucs uses these funds to provide a sliding fee scale that reduces student-families' child care costs and tuition. Each family's reduction is based upon awarded pell grants and individual need. Awards are granted each semester.
