Middle Grades Education 4-8

The Middle Grades track is designed for students with a bachelors degree who which to be certified to teach grades 4-8.  Course work in this program is specifically directed at teaching subjects in middle schools and culminates with a semester of student teaching and a comprehensive oral examination.

**Please note, passing scores on Praxis II Content tests are Required prior to admission into the TEML program**

This means that students must take the test on or prior to the June testing date. Please see PRAXIS II TESTING DATES. (Some content tests are only offered 3 time per year. Please ensure that your scores will be available by the TEML second deadline in July) Visit www.ets.org/praxis to register for Praxis tests!
